The purpose of this document is to present the main business goals and aspirations of International Power sports & WSF Federation Representative in USA., along with the expectations and estimations on which they are based. In doing so, we analyze the operations of our business in a functional breakdown: Marketing, Operational, Organizational, and Financial plan.

The core business objective of International Power sports & WSF Federation. for the upcoming years can be summarized as follows: to purchase and operate a Californian- Los Angeles Special office & 1st international Sports Healthy food Brand (50 LA/100 US ) , to market sports healthy food and supplements in this USA, and to organize Bodybuilding and Strongmen Championship & International power sports events in Europe and USA.

We wish to achieve this by capitalizing on our primary competitive advantages:

• Our management’s extensive international experience and network in power sports

• The premium location and facilities of (50LA/100US) Office

• Ability to differentiate strongly as the center for power sports in USA

We chose Los Angeles & California as the location for the company because we believe the competitive structure and the specific pricing practices that have developed in the USA market present us with excellent long-term growth opportunities. In addition, USA has outstanding geographical parameters within Central Power Sports , which is an important factor enabling the development of our equipment and International Strongmen, Bodybuilding & fitness event organization business.

For our operations to run as smoothly as possible, we plan to hire two of the company’s owners as managers to oversee the office operation and our international power sports events, together with a staff of three to four for the day-to-day running of the office.

On the basis of our analysis of past and expected future demand trends, we estimate steady business growth in our core business activity, which will be further special sports Healthy food & supplemented by revenues from the sale of sports equipment and supplements and the organization of international power sports events.
